be the light + come from love

Could it be so simple? Be a light bearer. Love and be loved.

In non-ordinary reality we can journey back in time to our ancestors or forward to meet our descendants. We can benefit from the wisdom and guidance they can share with us here today.

A helpful piece of ancestral wisdom we can apply in this challenging time. A contribution we may share with our descendants. A healing practice of our descendants that can help us.

an image we carry in our hearts of a better time among better folk

When the nation lets a petty tyrant and petulant peepee baby discard a 40 year tradition in the highest office of the land do we hold our light high and bright?

When some would rather party for a weekend at the beach or a backyard barbeque than focus on the 100,000 lives lost in the pandemic what is it we are memorializing?

How are each one of us being as individuals and as part of our communities?

What will it take to wake up? What will it take to be the change that needs to happen?

Who are we being? What are we doing?

What have our ancestors built? How are we affected and influenced?

How are we in our world now? What will our descendants be like?

Simple is not always easy.

caring for our carers

Our carers are now doubly at risk - saving lives in this pandemic and blocking those protesting stay at home orders. How insane can this be?

#HeroesAct2020

Stay-at-home orders have been mandated in nearly every state in the country to prevent the novel coronavirus from spreading through social contact.

green & growing

I came across this image recently and was reminded that we are spiritual beings having a human experience.

The yama cautions against possessiveness while the niyama asks us to focus on contentment. Both send the same message, appreciate and be grateful for what is. So it is. So it shall be.

Vis medicatrix naturae or "the healing power of nature" as natural medicine is the practice that organisms have the innate capacity to heal themselves, given a nurturing and supportive environment.

At our current Shift Network course with Sandra Ingerman, we are learning to transmute our energy to feed the collective with love, light, positive thoughts, and beautiful dreams. To individually contribute to bringing about a greener and healthier world.

Story of Flowers
Many different flowers are growing beautifully and strongly in this world. Taking their roots in the earth, sprouting, blooming, pollination by birds and insects, living on in spite of rain, wind and storms. They pass on the baton of life, rebirth and decay. Everything is so in a continuous, endless cycle. This is the story and message of this animation.

emerging from our cocoons

The Scorpio/Taurus full moon occurs on Thursday, May 7 at 3:45am PDT/ 6:45am EDT/ 11:45am GMT. It is the last super moon of 2020 and the Wesak Festival.

Vesak Day - candle ceremony offered to the Buddha

The bright moon sheds light on what is hidden from our consciousness. As we re-engage in the world this Scorpio super moon mirrors what we long for - peace, joy, fulfillment.

This watery full moon brings issues of letting go of what no longer serves life. Other timely cosmic influences open up a powerful portal of compassion. Much needed for all of us affected and at the effect of this pandemic.

We came into this lifetime with a new vision to forge as the most conscious group of human beings this world has seen in millennia. We are the ones that we have been waiting for.

Ancient Beauty, as it were, shall pour over the land...
Ancient, Aboriginal, Primal Beauty...
Beauty that shall stop the Mind...
Beauty from all Pastime, blended into the NOW...
Beauty of unprecedented splendor shall flow across the land...
Primordial's Beauty has always been with us...
only now are we prepared to see... to BE.
~ Mary Saint-Marie, Galactic Shamanism the Star-Stone Ones

Wesak Festival 2020 & Buddha's Full Moon

Wesak or vesak is celebrated in honor of the Buddha, the Divine Intermediary between Shambhala and the Hierarchy - the Wisdom of God, the Embodiment of Light, and the Indicator of Divine Purpose.

Wesak Day is the most important Buddhist holiday in the Buddhist calendar that celebrates three important events—the birth, full awakening, and the transition—of the Buddha Siddhartha Gautama.

The Buddha returns at this time each year to the Wesak Valley in the Himalayas to bring New Light to the world and help to regenerate the Earth.

The assembled masters, initiates and disciples of the Hierarchy receive Buddha's blessings and are initiated with Shambhala energy to radiate and spread worldwide.

transmutation vs transfiguration

transmutation [noun] - a change or alteration of one element into another; ascending to a higher or more advanced level or state

transfiguration [noun] - a change in appearance or form; a metamorphosis that exalts or glorifies

Johann Adam Schall von Bell (1 May 1591 – 15 August 1666) was a German Jesuit and astronomer, a missionary in China (where he is remembered as "Tang Ruowang") and adviser to the Shunzhi Emperor of the Qing dynasty.

Both science and mystical teaching agree that everything is energy. Including the creative approach to art and healing in various cultures and traditions.

Shamans and indigenous practitioners refer to this as shape shifting - the movement of energy at its most basic and intrinsic essence, in our blood and cells.

World religions have recorded some of this as well in their sacred scriptures. Transubstantiation is the belief that the body and blood of Christ is in the blessed wafer in the sacrament of communion.

Many sciences support transformation - genetics, statistics, economics, physics, chemistry, etc. Business, technology and entertainment certainly thrive on the transformative powers of assorted energies.

Sandra Ingerman extensively researched how ancient cultures performed miracles.  Discovering that the common element in spiritual systems of alchemy and healing was this shift in state of consciousness.

Experiencing life through Spirit involves some shared elements. A shift into a state of knowing that clearly presents the change desired to have it become so. Believing without doubt for the change to occur.

Somehow the sacredness and ceremony in the process of creating magic or miracles have been buried, lost or forgotten.

Is it because we take for granted what we so easily access? Losing our awe. Or have we grown too comfortable in time and with its use? No longer attendant to how special it is. Did we disconnect from our surroundings and true nature? Unrecognized and inured.

Whatever the cause of this apathy it is time to bring back our passion - for life, our life, our world.

sing a new life into being

The New World Order that the conspiracy theorists fear is a shadow of the glorious possibility available to sovereign beings. No longer the vassals of fear, we can bring order to the kingdom and build an intentional society on the love already shining through the cracks of the world of separation. ~ Charles Eisenstein, The Coronation

These past few months have sequestered us in isolation, given us the gift of time, and allowed us to reconsider our priorities.

By interrupting lives, systems and patterns are revealed, habits and direction can be reviewed - what was consuming compulsion could evolve into conscious choice.

The act of keeping us home offers changes to our habitual thinking, feeling and doing. We can reignite old flames or kindle new fires. As step away from the heat o one another and the rush of spinning wheels.

Climate changes have eased up and nature has reclaimed much lost to human interference and abuse. We can shift and adapt too - flow together and around each other. Merge and mingle as we trade ideas and allow ourselves to be awed and amazed.

Staving off grasping greed and oversized cravings with gentler and more tender love and connection. Compassionate give and take in relationship, family and community. Returning to natural rhythms that are more honoring and respectful.

Returning the sacred in our daily doings with care and ceremony. Burn away pretentions and pomp to reveal our true essence and original being.

As smoke clears, as sludge falls away, what shows up are the mirrors we all are to each other. May we walk in beauty in this sacred way each and every day.

crucified between a rock & a hard place

This week's schizoid weather resembles one of Trump's pandemic rhetorical performances. Where he tries in growing desperation and confusion to cover all his bases, shirk responsibility and lay blame elsewhere.

Just like this Fool on the Hill blustery gales have ravaged fragile blooms off trees and grounded sea craft on our shores. One day we are all bright sunshine and clear blue skies and next we are in the midst of heavy rain and wild thunderstorms.

Wet, Glass, Rain Drops, Thunderstorm, Dark Clouds

This Good Friday truly feels like crucifixion weather. Damned if you do and damned if you don't.

Do what? Don't what?

Wear a face mask or don't? Stay indoors or don't?

Be patient or don't. Don't complain? Stay silent?

As the corona virus mutates into three distinct strains - our only current world traveler and globe trotter has outpaced us all and is wearing us down with each passing day.

I have been reading books about conservation - nature, humans, how we collide and connect. Recently I realized that I was reading them because I wanted one to tell me how to piece back our world and our lives. Before this brink of extinction.

In my dreams, I journey in other dimensions. I dream that my life is still afloat and undecided, that it is still conceivable we will come out okay.

I don’t dream of a time that has never existed, neither do I dream of our recovery. I dream of soaking in bright sunshine. I dream of floating in warm waters. I dream of clean air and a soft sweet breeze.

I wish our shared time will simply go on.

Then I open my eyes and wake to this pain.

I cling to dream time for as long as I can before I forget.

hope for us all

We find ourselves in a metamorphosis of sorts. Every crisis provides the culture for one. A lot of us are feeling isolated, cut off from our loved ones, and terribly uncomfortable with the uncertainty of what is to come.

A darkness of fear and anxiety closes in on us periodically or incessantly. We might be mourning the loss of a job or worse, someone we love. Life as we knew it before this pandemic is over.

We ask the leaders, how long is this going to last? How is the economy going to recover? When will there be a cure? What is the real mortality rate? Why weren’t we better prepared? Why don’t we have more testing available?

And their answer continues to be “We don’t know”. The unknown can be absolutely terrifying. Until we remember that we have never known. ~ Kelly Gores, Director of the HEAL Documentary, Author of the HEAL book

Much of what we believed unshakable givens have all too quickly been blown away like the house of cards they have always been. Many sit at home eager to get back to the lives they lived. It has not sunk in that this is it - our lives have already changed.

Use this time wisely to get to know who you are and what you want. Dig deep and far into every nook and cranny of your interior. Strengthen and fortify your confidence and belief in yourself.

So when the world finally opens up to us once more we are better and can contribute more as that will be sorely needed in this new future unleashed upon our old unwilling selves.

It is a brave new world that will require every ounce of our courage and commitment to live well and responsibly. As we will be held to account for it for sure.

water babies

Watching our little tadpoles back home, I am reminded of my first swimming lesson. I hear them giggling as they gargle the pool water, their happy sounds tickle my heart strings and bring back fond memories.

Surrender isn't always easy, even when it's called for or is our best option. All too often we approach surrender as failure or giving up. When in fact giving up the struggle is how we break free.

When we let go of attachment or resistance then we are released from the burden and baggage of their weight. Forging any ties that bind - ego, fear, greed - into a sacred bond.

There is a good reason humans are hard-wired for anxiety. It has helped to keep us safe from prehistoric encounters as well as fueled us to sprint through supermarkets for toilet paper, Nat Geo’s Amy McKeever writes.

On the latest episode of the Shaman's Cave Sandra Ingerman and Renee Baribeau speak about the multi-layered topic of living a life of integrity and help us to look at areas in our life where we might have stepped out of line.

A big and helpful topic especially for facing challenges in our current lives. Tune in for the added bonus of a guided journey to contact our personal integrity gatekeeper for a transcendental experience in this incredibly supportive community. Perfect timing for this ideal topic now.

involution & evolution

Edgar Cayce correlated the Lord’s Prayer to the seven chakra centers as a way to help open these centers and the endocrine glands that are related to them.

As Cayce correctly stated, our system is activated by anger, fear, mirth, joy, etc. through glandular secretions which flow into the whole system. The endocrine system is thus the link between our emotions and our physical bodies.

It is a circular relationship where our emotions have a powerful physical effect on our body via shifting neurochemical levels. Our neurochemical balance has a powerful effect on our emotions.

Cayce claims an even greater role for the endocrine system. It is not simply the link between body and mind but also the link with the soul, through the chakras.
